La Dotta Pasta Bar & Store, the first and only pasta bar in Thailand to have been awarded with L'Assiette MICHELIN (MICHELIN Plate) in MICHELIN Guide Thailand, introduces ‘Artisanal Pasta Class – Home Edition’

starting from August onwards.


Following the success of our pasta class at Thonglor branch, La Dotta is introducing the virtual class for the first time where you can learn how to make fresh pasta from anywhere – perfect for spending time during this lockdown!  The online class will be conducted by chef-partner Francesco Deiana who will unveil the secrets of making authentic Italian pasta – just like how his grandmother has taught him.

‘Artisanal Pasta Class – Home Edition’

will take you on a fun journey starting from how to make fresh pasta from scratch and cut it into popular long fresh pasta shapes like tagliatelle & pappardelle - followed by how to fold & perfect our signature tortelloni 4 cheese as we will provide raw ingredients needed to make your very own first batch of fresh pasta including ‘00’ flour, semolina, eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano & ready-to-use

"4 cheese filling" for tortelloni, just to name a few.


We’re also giving out a bottle of our homemade 24-hours slow cooked Wagyu beef shoulder & Parmigiano Reggiano (valued at 460+) together with freshly-made tagliatelle (valued at 120+)  as Chef Francesco will also demonstrate how to properly cook another signature Tagliatelle Wagyu Bolognese at home. The class will be finished with how to cook your handmade tortelloni 4 cheese with scrumptious butter sauce – followed by Q&A session for more tips & tricks from our chef.

Choose from Morning session (9:30 – 11:30am)
or Afternoon session (2:30 – 4:30pm)
