La Dotta is a passion project of restaurateurs Debby and Choti Leenutaphong (Vesper Cocktail Bar & 80/20). We serve handcraft-quality fresh pasta like how it is done in Italy -
for an everyday price.
Details do matter in making the perfect plate of pasta. Chef-partner Francesco Deiana is in charge of creating all tof our dishes as inspired by the rich & fertile land of Italy. He probably makes countless of pasta and we believe he has mastered the perfect recipes.

As a sister restaurant to Vesper Cocktail Bar (Asia's 50 Best Bars 2016 - 2023 & No. 79 in The World's 50 Best Bars 2022), our cocktails are no afterthought either as the drinks are drawn from revisiting the great classic Italian cocktails.
