La Dotta is a passion project of restaurateurs Debby and Choti Leenutaphong (il Fumo, Vesper Cocktail Bar, 1919 Italian Bar & Restaurant & 80/20). We serve handcraft-quality fresh pasta like how it is done in Italy - for an everyday price.
Details do matter in making the perfect plate of pasta, and we have assembled a team of Italian cuisine chefs with helping hands from our sister restaurants: Chef Nelson Amorim (il Fumo) and Chef Francesco Deiana (1919 Italian Bar & Restaurant) in creating the recipes. Between them, they probably make countless of pasta and we believe we have mastered the perfect recipe.
